This bookplate reads, as far as can be deciphered, "School Board of London / Flech Mel School, Thom Needham in Standard II attended punctually and regularly during the two School Quarters ended Dec 1880 and March 1881. Book Awarded for Punctual and Regular Attendance." This booplate is interesting because it states multiple times why the student was awarded the prize and also gives multiple dates. This book was also awarded by the School Board for London which means it has traveled a great deal to be currently housed in the University of Florida's Baldwin Library!
